Winemaking: Gamay pressed directly, with fermentation and ageing in tank. 20% of the finished Meskine Contact 2019 was added after fermentation of the Gamay, and aged together.

(The Meskine Contact was, as usual is a co-fermentation of 5-day cold macerated Sauvignon Blanc (60%) and Loin de l’Oeil (40%).

Sulphur: 15mg/l added
